Bulk update your customer data

There may be instances where you need to update details of existing customers. Rather than updating customers one at a time, you can update many customers using the Bulk Customer Update Interface.

Using a CSV (comma separated values) file that contains the customer's data, you can bulk update the below fields:

* billing cycle
* treatment type
* payment method
* credit control status

Every record in Utilmate has a unique account number that will identify an existing customer, and update the specific record.
