Energy Bill Relief Rebate (Australia only)

In case you missed it, the Australian government has announced that from 1 July 2023, targeted electricity bill rebates will be available for eligible households and small businesses.

Reporting requirements

We've developed a new report called Energy Bill Relief Rebate Report, which will be released to you this week.

• 1. Run the report in CRM (Reports, Compliance, Energy Bill Relief Rebate Report). This report identifies customer eligibility, rebate amounts and when due. 
• 2. Download the report and QA/review to confirm the rebates are correct.
• 3. Upload the csv file into CRM using the Import Adjustments interface to apply to eligible customers.
