Life support functionality coming soon.

We've been developing new functionality to help you maintain and monitor your customers with life support requirements.  The new functionality will include:

• - Life support notation against Billing Contact in contact header.
• - Life support menu option under Customer Details, where you can add or edit life support requirements against a contact.
• - Life support report.

New dashboard

We launched the new dashboard a couple of weeks ago, and hope that you've had an opportunity to try it out.  This dashboard will be switched on permanently in our April release.
