OneDrive / Google Drive letter storage removal

As of 1 May 2023, all post (letter pdf) correspondence will no longer be stored on your OneDrive or Google Drive. 

Your post correspondence will continue to be stored against each customer, in the Documents screen, along with emails. Not familiar with Documents?  Take a look at our Knowledge Base article.
